We understand that the idea that your child wants to buy something on the internet a bit worrying so we will quickly explain it to you. 

Your child is playing in an online world, with many other players, each player starts with a default rank, which comes with many features already, but not all of them
When donating to gain a package to our server, we reward your child with a higher rank and/or other features. These features are NOT pay to win and are 100% cosmetic. Donating will not give your child advantages over other players.

These items are only available on our server network and no others.

This includes more features than the default rank or enables them to be able to get extra things on the network, therefore making the game experience more enjoyable.

Hacking/Rule Breaking:

Hacking or breaking the rules will still result in a ban and we are not required to give you a refund. Please join our discord or do /rules in-game for the most up-to-date rules. If you do get banned please join our discord to submit a ticket to appeal. Forum posts are not checked by staff for ban appeals. We reserve the right to make you leave the server permanently or otherwise without a refund.

Privacy Policy:

We here at CascadeCraft Server Network take privacy seriously. All personal information received will not be shared. Staff members do not have access to personal information. All payment methods are processed through Playerlands. This does not give CascadeCraft Server Network access to card details or personal information. Do not share personal details with Staff or other server members. This includes passwords, card details, and other personal information. All issues can be resolved with your in-game name.

Terms Of Service:

By purchasing intangible items from CascadeCraft.Store.playerlands.com you agree to a no-refund policy. CascadeCraft is not required to give a refund after the items are purchased. Donations are donations. You are simply donating to the server network and are not actually purchasing anything. Ranks and other items are just perks for donating. All virtual items purchased have no real-world value. Must be 18 years or older to donate. We reserve the right to transform or change any rank or any other item. The ranks benefits can change at any time without prior notice. By accepting this document you agree to waive your right to take any action against the server, staff, members, or website. These terms and conditions take effect indefinitely and immediately after the agreement is accepted. Subscriptions will auto-renew once a month. If a subscription is canceled rewards will expire immediately. Canceling auto-renew will allow perks to continue for the remainder of the subscription duration.
